At The Garraway Hotel, we offer comfortable yet well-equipped accommodation which make a ‘home’ for the business and leisure travel visitor.  We provide a range of the facilities and services that we believe our guests need including:

Ø  Comfortably appointed suites and rooms furnished with central air conditioning, complimentary internet, cable television, radio alarm clocks, writing desk, hair dryers, refrigerators and direct dial telephones;

Ø  Room Service until 9:30 p.m.;

Ø  Office services at reasonable costs including photocopying and facsimile services;

Ø  Dining Services in our Balisier Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner;

Ø  Catering Services;

Ø  Conference facilities;

Ø  Event coordination including weddings, conferences, press conferences;

Ø  Ground Tour arrangements;

Ø  Karaoke Entertainment weekly

Ø  Laundry Service

 Please be advised that due to highly irregular demand for and hence inadequate staffing, we are unable to offer the following services at this time:

Ø  Babysitting;

Ø  Butler Services;

Ø  Spa Services (including massages);

Ø  Concierge Services;

Ø  In House Taxi Services;

Ø  In room safes, although valuables can be stored in a safe at Front Desk;

Ø  Also note that due to spatial constraints we do not have a swimming pool on property.  However, we are pleased to make arrangements for your patronage of another facility which provides the same.

 Terms & Conditions:

Ø  Our Rates are quoted in US Dollars and are based on room only accommodation in single or double occupancy per night;

Ø  Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 10% Value Added Tax;

Ø  In order to guarantee room reservations, we require a valid credit card with expiration date or a one night cash deposit;

Ø  Credit Cards Accepted: American Express, Visa and MasterCard;

Ø  Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received: 2 – 8 days prior to arrival date incur a 50% charge of the first night’s stay; Less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will incur a one night charge.

Ø  No Show: Hotel reserves the right to charge a one night charge;

Ø  We recommend that all guests purchase insurance to cover any change of travel plans or cancellations;

Ø  Children Policy: Children under the age of 12 years stay free when accompanied by an adult.  A maximum of 2 children stay free when accompanied by an adult.
